For Sale: Black Moon
Black Moon is a proven ocean sailor with a unique character – shaped by the sea during her four-year circumnavigation. Originally departed from the Netherlands in 2020, she now feels even more at home in Greece on the Mediterranean. From Lefkas, she shines on the Ionian Sea – a highly accessible cruising area where islands follow one another just a few dozen miles apart.
Greek islands with azure bays, mystical mountains, steep cliffs, fragrant cypress trees and charming tavernas…
The Mediterranean sailing season is from mid-April to the end of October, Preveza Airport within driving distance.

Type: Taling 33AK
Black Moon was originally built in the Netherlands as a Taling 33 AK. The “AK” stands for aft cabin, which offers surprisingly generous space (ideal as an additional sleeping cabin or large storage area). The center cockpit is a comfortable and sheltered place to helm or relax after a great day at sea.
Although officially 33 feet, her iconic bowsprit brings her to 35 feet in total length – and both inside and out is very spacious.
With over 30,000 nautical miles under her keel, Black Moon has proven herself on open oceans, long passages, and coastal cruising alike. A yacht not only designed for adventure, but one that has truly lived it.
Perfectly maintained
After her four-year world voyage, Black Moon has been thoroughly equipped, maintained, and carefully prepared in Greece for her next chapter. Everything is focused on reliability and comfort – she is fully ready for a new owner and new adventures.
In short:
- Proven ocean-going capability
- Comfortable sailing characteristics in all conditions
- Solid maintenance before, during, and after her journey
- Warm and characterful interior
- A comfortable floating home
Black Moon feels at home on the ocean, but just as much in quiet bays, Mediterranean islands, and coastal waters. She is versatile, stable, and inviting – a yacht that adapts to the life you want to live with it.
Who is Black Moon for?
- For someone who is not just looking for a boat, but for the next step in freedom.
- Suitable for a solo sailor, a couple, or even a family (with or without experience).
- For sailors, dreamers, and aspiring world travelers – who want to feel at home at sea.
